Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Lion Crest Expeditions, Arusha, Tanzania. This page explains what happens to the details you send us.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, trip, dates, group and message. The form is delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which passes it to us and does not use it for advertising. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, plan and run your trip, and keep the records we need for bookings and accounts. We share the details needed for your trip with the airlines, camps and hotels involved. We do not sell your details or send newsletters you did not ask for.

Cookies and statistics

The site sets no cookies of its own and has no advertising trackers. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address to send them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them, by writing to bookings@lioncrestsafaris.com.
