Seven days that put comfort and location first. A garden lodge near Arusha, a luxury camp at Tarangire, a lodge on the crater rim and three nights in a Serengeti camp chosen for where the animals are in your month.
The route is gentle, with one short travel day to the crater rim so you can enjoy the view from your room at sunset. You go into the crater early the next morning, before most vehicles, and continue to the Serengeti.
On the last day you either drive back to Arusha with your guide or take a short scheduled flight from a Serengeti airstrip, at extra cost.
