One more day than our 3-day group trip, and it goes to Tarangire as well. You share a vehicle with up to five others and camp with a cook, which keeps the price low.
Departures leave every Tuesday and Saturday and run from four travellers. The route follows the classic northern circuit: Tarangire, the central Serengeti, a night on the Ngorongoro Crater rim, and the crater floor.
Campsites are simple, with shared toilets and showers. Your crew sets up the tents and your cook makes every meal.

Questions
Before you book
Who will we travel with?
Other travellers who booked the same departure, usually from several countries. Groups are 4 to 6 people.
Is it suitable for children?
Families are welcome, but long days and cold nights on the rim suit older children best. A private safari is easier with young children.
What is the difference from the 3-day group safari?
The 4-day trip adds a full day in Tarangire, with its elephants and baobabs, and splits the drive to the Serengeti.
